Do you offer free domestic shipping?
Yes, we offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum, no promotion code needed. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do.
Canadian customers receive free shipping with all orders $80 and over.
International customers receive free shipping with all orders $99 and over. Currently, we accept Australia, New Zealand and most European orders. Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following European countries: Czech Republic, Spain, Italy,Turkey and Russia. We apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future.
Orders placed internationally (outside the U.S), are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range up to 30% of the total cost of goods. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Nor are we responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions; or any additional package delays. After you receive package tracking, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package, as you will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider, and therefor is not refundable.
Please note that international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Lostgardenskincare.com is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be cancelled automatically by our system.

What's your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from lostgardenskincare.com, we will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase, we will give you a refund to the original payment method. Please safely pack the product and include the order confirmation email from us when the order is placed and ship it to us. Please note customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. What if I received an order with broken items, missing items,or my package is missing?
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.If the product is damaged, a picture of the damaged product at the time of delivery must be provided to us within 7 days after the date of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email.
